Constructions of sealant

（1）Clean the construction location

Cleaning is very important. If the location is wet, use absorbent cloth to wipe the water out.

（2）Fill the protection material

To ensure the exact size of construction area, use protection material.

（3）Use masking tapes.

It can prevent from printing on needless area. The construction is difficult， and it asks for technique.

（4）Apply the primer

Primer can keep the wetness between sealant and basic material. The procedure is very important.

After applying primer, it needs a period of time to the next procedure. However if the time is too long, dust will decrease the adhesion.

（5）Fill with sealant

Using blender to mix two-componet sealant, and use glue gun to construct. From the picture, you may notice the gun glue is different from the normal ones. So you'd better consulting the professional staff.

Construction should begin at the top part/

（6）Compress by scraper

The professionals may choose metal scraper to finish this procedure, because the normal scraper may cause the surface not smooth.

 

（7）Rip the masking tape off

If this procedure fails, all the previous labor will be damaged.
Don't clean it by cloth, it will get white.
